Create a virtual player
Add someone who has no phone, email or app to your squad, and manage their details and availability for them.

A virtual player is a placeholder for someone who doesn't have a phone, email, or app access. You manage their details and availability for them. They're marked Virtual in your squad's player list.
Creating players is governed by the adding players squad rule: by default the coaches do it. See Roles and permissions.
Create one

Tap the + button, then Add Player
Add player to squad opens.

Tap Create Virtual Player
The Create Virtual Player form opens.

Fill in their details
Player Name, Category, Estimated Age, Preferred Foot, Height and Weight. Pick a shirt number from the available numbers, then their .
Questions
What's a virtual player for?
For someone without a phone, email or app access, such as a young player or a guest. They count as a squad member, so you can pick them in line-ups and track their stats.
Do virtual players RSVP?
No. They can't answer, so they're counted as going, and the coaches manage their availability.
Can a virtual player get their own account later?
Yes. Invite the real player, then link the virtual player to them. Everything the virtual player built up moves across.
