Reset a forgotten password

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.

Where

Open Forgot password
On the app: on the login screen, tap Forgot Password?. On the web: on the login page, click Forgot password?.

Enter your email
Forgot Password asks for your address. Tap or click Send Instructions.

Open the email
Email Sent! confirms where it went. The email's subject is Reset Password; open it and tap Reset Password.

Choose a new password
On Reset Password, fill in New Password and Confirm Password, then tap or click Reset Password.

Questions

How long does the link last?

It works once. It stops working as soon as you've used it, or as soon as you ask for a new one.

I didn't get an email.

Check your spam folder and that you used the address you signed up with. Scouty always says the email has been sent, whether or not an account exists at that address.
