First steps as a player

Find your squad, ask to join, or answer an invite from your coach.

To play for a squad on Scouty, you ask to join and the coaches accept you, or they invite you and you accept.

Tap Search Squads
On your home screen, tap Search Squads. Already in a squad? Tap the squad badge at the top left, then Search Squads.

Search for your squad
Type the squad's name in Search squads. Tap the filter icon to narrow it down by City, Level or Gender, then tap Apply.

Open the squad
Tap the squad to see its info, its coaches and what it's about.

Why does Scouty ask me to update my profile before I can join?

Coaches see your player card when you ask to join. As a player you need your height, weight, preferred foot and position filled in first.

Can I join more than one squad?

Yes. Ask to join each one; you can switch between your squads at any time.
