What Scouty sends before a match, when it sends it, and who gets what.

Every reminder below is sent as a push notification and an email, and each respects your notification settings.
If the match collects RSVPs
While you still haven't answered, you're reminded 7 days, 1 day and 3 hours before kick-off, getting more urgent each time.
If you said no, Scouty checks in 3 days and 1 day before, in case your plans have changed.
If you said yes, you get a reminder the day before and 3 hours before kick-off.
If the match doesn't collect RSVPs
Players get a reminder the day before and 3 hours before kick-off. There's nothing to reply to.
Coaches
Managers and backroom staff get planning reminders 7 days, 1 day and 3 hours before every match, whether or not it collects RSVPs.
The manager also gets a reminder to confirm the line-up the day before. If it still isn't confirmed 2 hours before kick-off, Scouty sets one and tells you.
After a rated match, the manager is reminded to rate the players.
Questions
I keep getting asked to RSVP.
Reminders to reply keep coming until you answer. Once you've said yes or no they stop, and you get the matching reminder instead.
Can I turn them off?
Yes, per type and per channel, in your notification settings. Your coach still needs an answer, so turning off RSVP reminders means remembering yourself.
