First steps as a parent
Add your child's player profile and join their squad, all from your own account.

As a parent, you manage your child's player profile from your own Scouty account. You answer invites and RSVPs for them.
Add your child
If you picked Parent when you set up your profile, Scouty opens Add your child straight away. Otherwise, click + (Add a squad) on the left and choose Add your child.

Your child
Enter their First name and Last name (up to 30 characters each), their Date of Birth and their Gender.

Preferred position
Optionally, pick their Position and Preferred Foot.

Privacy
Choose whether to Let squads find your child. It's on by default. Squads see their first name, last initial, age group and city, marked as parent-managed. Turn it off and they only show up for someone who searches their username.
Questions
Does my child need an email address or a phone?
No. Your child's profile has no login of its own. Invites, reminders and payment requests for them come to you.
Can I add a child who's 18 or older?
No. Child profiles are for under-18s. From 18, people sign up themselves.
