Use the squad chat
Talk to the whole squad in its rooms, or message one person directly, with emoji, GIFs and reactions.
- Who can do this
- Where
Every squad has its own chat: Rooms everyone in the squad shares, and DMs (direct messages) between two people.
Open the chat
Tap Chat at the bottom of your squad.
Click Chat in the squad's menu.
The list shows Unread Messages first, then Rooms and DMs. On the web, search people and rooms at the top.
The rooms
Each squad has three rooms: General, MatchDay and Training. Use them to keep match talk and training talk apart from everything else.

Questions
Who can read the rooms?
Everyone in the squad. A direct message is only between the two of you.
Can parents use the chat?
The squad's chat is the players' own, so a parent viewing their child's squad on the web isn't offered it.
