Set your Preferred position

Your Preferred position is one position on the pitch. It's the first thing a coach sees on your player card.

   Open Positions

   On the app: My Profile, then Positions. On the web: Your account, then Positions.

   Pick your position

   Tap or click a position on the pitch. The 16 positions are GK, LB, DC, RB, LWB, RWB, DMC, ML, MC, MR, AML, AMC, AMR, LW, ST and RW. Picking another one replaces your choice.

   Save Positions

   You'll see Positions saved!.

If you try to save without picking one, you'll see Please select your preferred position.

More positions in a squad

Your coach can give you extra positions on your player profile inside a squad. Those are per squad — your own Preferred position doesn't change.
