Ask to join a squad
Send a request to join a squad as a player, and see what the coaches get.

To play for a squad you ask to join, and its coaches decide.

Open the squad
Find it first — see Find a squad.

Tap or click Join Squad
On the web the card reads Want to play for the squad's name.

Confirm
Join as Player asks you to confirm. Tap or click Request to Join.
On the web you'll see Request Sent!, and the card changes to Request sent with the squad's coaches having your request. On the app the button changes to Cancel Request.
"Before you join..."
If your height, weight, preferred foot or position are missing, Scouty shows Before you join...: "As a player, you need to complete your footballing attributes first. This includes your height, weight, preferred foot, and playing positions."
Tap Update Profile. You fill in and then , and the last button is — your request goes out as soon as you finish.
Questions
Why does Scouty want my height and weight before I can join?
Coaches see your player card with your request. As a player you need your height, weight, preferred foot and position filled in first.
How long does it take?
It's up to the squad. You get a notification as soon as the coaches accept or decline.
