Change your password

1. 1

   Open it

   On the app: My Profile, then Change Password. On the web: Your account, then Password.

   Fill in the three fields

   Old Password, New Password and Confirm New Password.

   Tap or click Change Password

   You'll see Password updated!.

What makes a valid password

• at least 5 characters
• at least one letter
• at least one number
• different from your old one

If something's wrong you'll see it under the field, for example Password must contain at least one number, New password must be different from old password or Passwords must match. If the old one is wrong, Scouty says the password doesn't match its records.
