Verify your email
Confirm your email address with the link Scouty sends you, or request a new one.

Right after you sign up, Scouty emails you a link. You need to open it before you can use Scouty.
The email
The email's subject is Please verify your email. It shows the address it was sent to and a Verify email now button.
The button opens the Scouty app if it's installed on that phone, and scouty.io if it isn't. Either way, your account is verified.

Open the email
The app shows Please verify your email! with the address the link went to. The email usually arrives within a minute or two.

Tap Verify email now
On your phone, the link opens the app. You'll see Email verified! and move on to setting up your profile.

Questions
How long is the link valid?
The link doesn't expire with time. It stops working once you've used it, once you ask for a new link, or once you change your email address.
I signed in with Google or Apple. Do I need to verify?
No. Accounts made with Google or Apple sign-in are already verified.
