How to reset my password?

I forgot my password and need to reset it urgently as I have important work to complete. Can you guide me through the entire password reset process step by step? I've tried clicking on the forgot password link multiple times but haven't received any email. I've checked my spam folder as well but nothing is there. Is there an alternative way to reset my password or can you manually reset it for me?
